Customer Visits to Vietnam

Many of our clients choose to visit Vietnam at the commencement of our collaboration and subsequently on an annual or bi-annual basis, typically coinciding with the readiness of samples for the upcoming furniture market. These visits provide an invaluable opportunity to review product development and implement any necessary adjustments prior to shipment.

To ensure a seamless experience, we offer comprehensive support in preparation for and during the visit, including:

  • Assistance with visa applications
  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel reservations

Throughout the stay, we arrange and accompany clients to factory appointments, providing on-site transportation, coordination of schedules, and refreshments during the day. In the evenings, we are pleased to host our clients at select dining venues in Ho Chi Minh City, offering a welcoming introduction to the city’s rich culinary culture.

RAW MATERIALS INSPECTION

  • Verify wood, metal, upholstery, and other materials for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications
  • Ensure moisture content in wood is  within the acceptable range (typically 8 to 10%) to prevent warping or cracking
  • Check for uniformity in veneers, fabrics, and finishes.Inspect for knots, cracks, or inconsistencies in natural wood grain

Carcass (Frame) Construction Inspection

  • Assess cutting, shaping, and assembly accuracy to avoid misalignment
  • Verify CNC or manual craftsmanship for precision and consistency

  • Inspect joints, mortise & tenon connections, dowels, and screws for structural integrity
  • Check for proper adhesive application and curing to prevent future loosening

  • Verify padding is evenly distributed and meets comfort standards
  • Test for pilling, abrasion resistance, and color fastness.

SHEEN and ADHESION

  • Ensure finishing coats (varnish, lacquer, oil-based) meet required gloss and sheen levels
  • Conduct adhesion testing to check the durability of the finish
